An excellent experience from start to finish! The hotel offers great value for money. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the interiors are tastefully done. The check-in was smooth and quick, and the staff made sure I felt right at home.
The room was spotless, with fresh linens, a cozy bed, and a stunning view from the balcony. Housekeeping was prompt and attentive. I also enjoyed the in-house dining – the food was flavorful and reasonably priced.
What stood out the most was the hospitality. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous, friendly, and went out of their way to assist.

Had a wonderful experience staying at TGR suites. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the well-maintained surroundings and the warm hospitality of the staff. The rooms were exceptionally clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, making it easy to settle in and relax.
The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile—something that really adds to the overall comfort of a stay. There's ample parking space, which made things very convenient for me as a traveler.
The on-site café was a lovely bonus—perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed coffee break. It had a calm vibe and served fresh, tasty food and beverages.
Overall, this hotel is a great choice for anyone looking for a clean, well-run, and welcoming place to stay. Highly recommended!

Went for a business trip. It was my solo trip. The property is nice. It says its a 3 Star Property, but I would say its 4 star as per facilities they are providing. It has lush green cover around Property.
Pros:
Nice ambience of the hotel
Cleanliness is maintained
Well hygienic at all location
Staff are Courteous & supportive
Rates are Restaurant
Rooms are very spacious
Recommended for all types of gender & categories
Cons:
Hotel does not have a proper restaurant, however it has intercontinental food. Also the Breakfast Variety is not so appealing.
Overall Property is Nice & will Recommended others to visit. Only the improvement point is Restaurant & Breakfast.

TGR Hotel is undoubtedly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in recent times during my visit to Kochi. The property has a charming heritage feel, and my overall experience was nothing short of pleasant.
The rooms were impeccably clean, crystal clear and well-maintained. The staff were extremely courteous, professional, and warm, offering excellent customer service throughout my stay. Their hospitality truly stood out.
Another great advantage is the location, it’s conveniently close to major shopping malls, restaurants, and other key attractions, yet the ambiance inside the hotel is calm and peaceful, making it perfect for a relaxing getaway.
The complimentary breakfast was also fantastic, with a good variety and quality.
If you’re planning a trip to Kochi and are looking for a peaceful, clean, and welcoming place to stay, I would highly recommend TGR Hotel. It’s a wonderful blend of comfort, service, and convenience.
